Position: Executive, Sales Support

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder and above in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or any discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in similar industry, however fresh graduates may apply.
• Basic understanding of contract law, Hire Purchase Act and Company Act.
• Good knowledge in customer service and experience in handling customers’ / dealers’ complaints.
• Patient, detail-oriented, good communication skill and eager to help others.
• Self-motivated, outgoing personality and able to multi-task.
• Preferably Chinese candidates.

Salary budget for experienced candidate: RM3,500 – RM4,000

Salary budget for fresh graduate: RM2,800 – RM3,300

Monthly fixed allowance:

• Cost of Living allowance: RM250
