Position: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Identify and develop existing or new markets in line with business strategy
• Maintain consistent contact and provide sales and marketing support within the assigned region
• Coordinate and support tender preparation and submission
• Prepare sales reports and assist with regional marketing activities
• Handle incoming communications related to sales and marketing matters
• Conduct regular sales visits to key customers
• Attend trade shows and industry events as required
• Support in identifying new business opportunities
• Track emerging client needs and service trends
• Analyze market segments and develop tailored sales strategies
• Educate and align sales force with company objectives and programs
• Create impactful presentations on market conditions, trends, and client requirements
• Ensure all sales activities comply with industry health and safety standards
• Maintain communication with internal stakeholders on regional operations
• Adhere to relevant Quality Management System (QMS) processes and standards (ISO 17020, 17065, 17025, etc., where applicable)
• Follow Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and uphold safety standards in all activities
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the reporting manager or senior leadership

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Good business acumen and ability to adapt to changing market demands
• Experience in developing and executing effective marketing strategies
• Leadership and team motivation capabilities
• Independent and organized with multi-tasking abilities
• Technically savvy with knowledge of relevant tools and methods
• Competitive, profit-driven, and business-oriented
• Ability to build strong relationships across all levels—clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Able to thrive under pressure and challenge norms
• Fluent in English and local language
• Pleasant personality with high integrity and ethical standards
