Job Detail

Position: R & D Technician / Baker

1. Recipe Development: Creating, executing, and developing new recipes. Conduct research and development activities for new product development, formulation improvement, and optimization of existing products.
2. Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth transition from development to manufacturing.
3. Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and regulatory standards during the development process.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand consumer trends and market needs.
5. Participate in product testing and trials, and adjust formulations as required.
6. Maintain comprehensive records of all research and development activities, ensuring proper documentation.
7. Carry out any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirement:

• SPM AND ABOVE 
• MINIMUM BAKING KNOWLEDGE 
• BASIC BAKING
