Position: Quality System Engineer

JD:

System

• Establish and maintain the overall quality system architecture and processes of the company, draft and maintain company quality system procedure documents. (ISO9001, IATF16949 system, QC080000 system, VDA6.3 process audit).
• Organize and implement internal audits of the company's quality system (including system and process audits), track and coordinate improvement measures, and promote the continuous improvement of the company's quality system.
• Participate in APQP project promotion, PPAP document submission. Participate in the preparation of process flowcharts, PFMEA, control plans, inspection instructions, test outlines, and other documents.
• Participate in customer audits, follow up on audit feedback for corrective measures, and ensure execution and closure.
• Organize various departments to carry out various continuous improvement projects, such as QCC, CIP, and other activities.
• Guide and supervise the work of various departments to strictly follow the quality. system and comply with the requirements of quality system procedure documents.
• Manage the daily work of the company's document control center.

Basic Job Requirements:

1. Minimum degree holder with minimum 3 years manufacturing industry (automotive, semiconductor, PCB industry).

2. Able to independently complete system-related work, with strong investigative, analytical, communication and coordination skills.

3. Proficiency in English & Chinese as a working language

4. Familiar with ISO System (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001), QC080000 System, IATF16949 system, VDA6.3 process audit
