Position: Shipping Assistant

Range salary – RM2500 to RM3500

Responsible to manage Shipping and Store job functions based on Shipping and Custom requirements. Ensure that all arrangement commit and enough lead time to ensure that there are sufficient resources to fulfill:

• Custom LMW requirement – LMW license renewal , application of additional item to LMW material list, customer & subcon GPB Application & Renewal , Support for prepared custom Monthly report-GG , Raw Mat & Sub Con , Custom Yearly Report-FG , Raw Mat, Sub Contract, Machine & etc, Schedule waste disposal application, scrap application for sales FG & Raw Material , date of life & reject , add / remove forwarding agent from custom approval list, custom application for repairing machine and accessories, raw material reject, FG Return from customer , other requirement related on custom procedure, liaise with government authority customs & others.
• Transport Service provider- review check & update the transporter/ forwarder invoice versus actual requisition , make comparison & negotiate rate with others service provider, compile all rate and forward to HOD for decision making .
• Import & Export shipment related ( local & overseas)- truck booking arrangement & monitoring for export & import . make booking & monitoring for shipment arrangement by ocean, air , courier and land. Prepare related document and arrange for import shipment by above mode. Liaise with internal and external customers for document issues.
• Liaise with account dept for document issues.
