Warehouse Executive-(Based at KL)

Main Job Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities of the warehouse and ensure proper management in inventory control.
• Ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing items.
• Responsible to ensure the shipping documents are complete and accurate, timely dispatch of shipment is advised to inter-department and customers.
• Manage and lead warehouse storekeepers.
• Ensure the smooth running of total operation of the warehouse, incoming, storage and outgoing activities following FIFO method or as advised by the Management.
• Support the warehouse team in performing stock check functions.
• Continuous review of procedures and processes in achieving optimum quality and efficiency.
• Ensure good housekeeping of warehouse.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

Requirements

• SPM, STPM or Diploma in related field
• At least 2 years of experience in operation, warehouse or related field.
• Dedicated team player with strong job commitment.
• Possess initiative and willingness to learn.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel).
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written).

Salary Range: RM2,400 – RM3,500

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 5:30pm Saturday (1 Sat off per month) – 8:00 am to 12:00pm
