JOB TITLE : SALES OPERATION OFFICER (SENAI)

Responsibilities:-

  • Preparing sales order documents.
  • Responsible for handling all matters related to the processing of repeat orders, including the preparation of delivery documents.
  • Interface with customers on order confirmation, delivery schedules, and logistics arrangements.
  • Ensure sales orders are processed according to customer requirements and coordinate with logistics to ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Filing and records retention in a systematic manner.
  • Prepare customer quotations and tender submissions, etc.
  • Handle calls, emails, and messages, as well as answer customer queries and complaints.
  • Check all incoming goods to ensure they are in good condition and in the correct quantity based on the stated document.
  • Responsible for taking care of any goods received or delivered in the warehouse without damage or loss.
  • Perform stock-taking and cycle counts whenever required.

Requirements:-

  • Candidate must possess at least 2 years of working experience.
  • Required Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, UBS.
  • Ability to start immediately will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin.
  • Must have the ability to work under limited supervision.
