JOB TITLE : SALES OPERATION OFFICER (SENAI)
Responsibilities:-
- Preparing sales order documents.
- Responsible for handling all matters related to the processing of repeat orders, including the preparation of delivery documents.
- Interface with customers on order confirmation, delivery schedules, and logistics arrangements.
- Ensure sales orders are processed according to customer requirements and coordinate with logistics to ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Filing and records retention in a systematic manner.
- Prepare customer quotations and tender submissions, etc.
- Handle calls, emails, and messages, as well as answer customer queries and complaints.
- Check all incoming goods to ensure they are in good condition and in the correct quantity based on the stated document.
- Responsible for taking care of any goods received or delivered in the warehouse without damage or loss.
- Perform stock-taking and cycle counts whenever required.
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least 2 years of working experience.
- Required Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, UBS.
- Ability to start immediately will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin.
- Must have the ability to work under limited supervision.
