Accounts Executive (Pekan Nanas)
Responsibilities:
1. Keep full set of financial accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards
2. Responsible for handling full set of accounts which includes generating financial reports, processing payables, receivables, journal vouchers, petty cash, inventory report, maintenance of fixed assets registers, filling, etc
3. Prepare timely annual or monthly management reports. Ensure accurate recording of transactions and provide timely financial information
4. Maintain good record of accounting entries and ensure that accounts are up-to-date at all times
5. Part of team to assist in month end closing activities including payroll management
6. Assist in preparation of budget, forecast, project costing and cash flow planning
7. To liaise with Headquarter on financial requirement
8. To handle E-invoicing requirements
9. To support any ad-hoc assignment by management
Requirements:
• Possess Min Diploma/ Degree in Finance/Accountancy
• PC Knowledge, competent in MS Excel & Power Point presentation
• Familiar with computerized accounting such as UBS system or others ERP system will be advantage
• Willing to learn, able to work independently
• Speaks Korean will be advantage
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Min 4years working experience
