QC Inspector

• Conduct Inspection by referring to the Customer Drawing, Process Drawing & Approval Sample.
• Quality records must be always updated.
• Conduct Sampling inspection.
• On hold if found any abnormality part during inspection process.
• Raise up NCR for all the abnormality part and follow up closely within time frame.
• Conduct re-inspection for all the abnormality after sorting and rework activity based on sampling table.
• Perform Inspection and monitor progress for FA part related by process if required.         
• Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures.
• To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk.
• Maintain and responsible for 5’s practices in workplace.
• Other’s duties assigned by superior and Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Min SPM or equivalent certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience relevant to specific industry often preferred.
