QC Executive

–   Report and discuss to QC Manager for any issue

–   Reply via email,wassup or phone if any  inquires ( customer/subcont & internal )

–    Investigate & find solution for customer claimed

–    Investigate, discussed & find solution for sub cont problem

–    discussed and negotiate with customer if any issue occur.

–    brain stroming to find out solution with related dept if any issue occur

–    study to generate good detection during process to reduce NC 

–    Involved Audit activity by internal, sub cont and customer ( self or site Audit )

–    Perform testing parts for related process

–    Prepare FA requirement
