QC MANAGER

*     Ensures that the company's ISO 9001 quality system & ISO 14001 is implemented at all levels and maintained.

*    Plans and conducts quality system review & Audits

*    Identifies and initiates actions to prevent nonconformity relating to quality system

*     Stopping of production and delivery if finding  product nonconformity until the deficiency has been corrected.

*    Assist & guide sub-cont / suppliers in quality issue

*    Attend customer / supplier meeting & follow up any quality issued.

*    Respont & follow up any customers complaint .

*    Assist & guide sub-cont / suppliers in quality issue

*    Overall responsible for the company's quality function

*    Ensure quality document control in place

*    Ensure equipment calibration and control are carried out appropriately

*    Ensure the appropriate disposition of product nonconformity

*    Ensure nonconformities relating to product, process, and quality are    identified and action initiated for improvement

*    Present the monthly KPI to management meeting
