JOB TITLE : SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE (SELANGOR)

AUTHORITIES ​

• Develop & execute strategic alliances projects 
• Manage end-to-end marketing events and campaigns 
• Develop & execute Marketing Campaigns 
• Support tenants through marketing  
• Support and guide executives in the absence of Assistant Manager / Manager

JOB SUMMARY 
Responsible for internal campaigns, external events, partnerships, advertising & promotional activities, tenants/retailers support, operational efficiency, and assigned marketing projects. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop & execute assigned marketing campaigns  
• Seek & develop strategic partnerships and business development 
• Provide marketing support to tenants 
• Ensure optimization of common and promotion spaces by identifying sponsors and trends. 
• Handle rental of promotion spaces for tenants 
• Guide executives on their assignments and development 
• Guide junior executives on their project and development. 
• To adhere to the company's safety protocols and guidelines at all times, and to understand and strictly comply with the Occupational Safety & Health policy outlined in the Company Staff Handbook 
• Understands and applies all policies implemented by Company to any personal data received, used, transmitted, processed, or stored. 
• Ensures that personal data is not disclosed to any unauthorized third party without obtaining clearance from the Information Manager, or the PDP Officer. 
• Complies with all Company policies in relation to the Act and assists the Information Manager in any personal data protection matters. 
• Ensures that consent is obtained from the data subjects whenever personal data is collected and the personal data protection notice is always served to the data subjects upon collection of their personal data. 
• Reports any enquiries/complaints in relation to personal data and data security breach incidents to the Information Manager immediately. 
• Ensures that all personal data is protected from any physical damage and from any unauthorized access, alteration, removal, or destruction according to the Personal Data Protection Security Policy. 
• Reports any actual or suspected data security breach and violations to the Information Manager as soon as possible. 
• Provides full co-operation to the PDP Officer upon an internal audit or investigation.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Certificate Marketing or equivalent. 
• At least two years of Marketing/Retail/Event Experience. 
• Demonstrate competency in marketing & events, identify opportunities and new partnerships.   
• Has exposure in Innovation related events & campaigns.
