JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (SINGAPORE)
Role Description
As part of our growth and expansion, we are seeking a professional and dedicated Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the freight and logistics industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships at both local and regional levels, responding to inquiries, and serving as an inside sales representative to facilitate repeat business. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative will work closely with our operations teams to ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction are met.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented approach and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales
- Must have working knowledge and experience of the Freight and Logistics industry.
