Job Description :
-Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day assembly and spray activities to ensure high quality and on-time delivery
-Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures, quality standards and safety protocols
-Monitor and continuously improve production efficiency and productivity
-Lead, coach and develop the assembly and spray teams to enhance their skills and performance
-Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and implement process improvements
-Maintain detailed records and provide regular performance reports
Job requirements:
–Diploma or degree in a relevant engineering or manufacturing discipline
-Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience in a plastic injection moulding environment
-Strong technical knowledge of assembly and spray processes, machinery and quality control
-Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
-Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality results
