Job Description :
-Design, develop and test injection moulding tools to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
-Analyse tool performance data and implement modifications to improve productivity and product quality
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and find innovative solutions
-Provide technical support and training to production staff on the operation and maintenance of injection moulding equipment
-Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our manufacturing capabilities
-Contribute to the development of new products by designing and evaluating tooling options
Job requirements:
-Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
-Minimum 5 years of experience in injection moulding tool design and development
-Strong technical knowledge of injection moulding principles, materials, and equipment
-Proficiency in using CAD software and data analysis tools
-Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
