Position: MI Engineer

What You Will Do:

• Receive and organize customer drawings and documents, and create workflow orders.
• Review customer drawings to assess production feasibility and decide order acceptance.
• Communicate and clarify any issues with customers during the review process.
• Track and manage product changes, ensuring smooth transitions for BOM and related materials.
• Oversee ERP work order systems and optimize drawing processes for efficiency.
• Lead cost estimation tasks.
• Regularly update production capability data and improve design specifications.
• Summarize and analyze document and process management errors, and implement improvements.
• Organize training for engineers to enhance process accuracy.
• Prepare monthly technical department reports.
• Oversee material procurement and financial tasks such as budgeting and reimbursements.

What We Want from You:

• Educational Background: Diploma or higher in a related field.
• Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and experienced in using Genesis/Genflex for drafting and design work.
