Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, preferably majoring in Industrial or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ hands on experience in electronic design and development projects.
• Solid experience in production, quality / materials control under manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capability.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Full-Time position available.
• Able to join immediately is advantage.

Job Description:

• Define project scope and objectives while developing detailed work plans, schedule, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Liaise with all relevant parties and stakeholders, organize project teams, assign individual accountabilities and conduct project meetings.
• Set up milestones and monitor status of the projects including cost, timing and resources.
• Ensure completion of detailed schedules for projects from initiation to delivery and keep relevant parties updated of any deviations.
• Recommend and take actions to resolve problems on a timely basis.
• Instill best practices of project management processes and methodologies into the Company.
