Job Title: Finance Manager
Job Description:-
• Oversee accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring that all financial information is accurate, timely, and compliant with accounting standards and regulations
• Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments and similar accounting entries
• Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual account reconciliations
• Handle of monthly accounting closing.
• Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure that the company has enough cash on hand to meet its financial obligations
• Working capital management
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. -This includes creating budgets, forecasting future financial performance, and analysing financial statements.
• Leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and presenting findings to the management.
• Lead and manage a team of financial personnels including accounts assistant.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, including tax laws, financial reporting requirements, and internal control procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payment and incoming.
• Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems – while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors and tax agents
• Cooperate & liaise with banker, government authority department, tax department, and other stakeholder.
• Master the lifecycle of an e-invoice, from creation and validation, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Qualification & competencies: – ( Minimum experience, education and skills/knowledge to perform the job at fully acceptable level)
Experience: 10 years working experience in accounting.
3 years as an accountant
Handle full set of accounts
Familiar GST
Education: Degree in Accounting or equivalent
Skills/Knowledge: High level of English both spoken and written
Structured and good at keeping deadlines
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage
Have experience handle account for Asia country such as China, Singapore etc.
