JOB VACANCY: COMPLIANCE OFFICER /QMS /SAFETY

Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
 Monitor and assess compliance risks associated with the company's activities and make recommendations for risk mitigation
 Conduct regular reviews and audits of the company's compliance program to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
 Provide guidance and support to business units on compliance issues and questions
 Handle all related matter with Scheduled Waste Management
 Liase with Department Of Environmental, DOSH, Customs regarding report submission, issues and others
 Ensure that scheduled waste on premise is managed properly in accordance with the legal requirements
 Inspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks
 Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
 Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental / Health and Safety) or equivalent
 Minimum 2 years of working experience in HSE related field.
 Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWaM).
 Knowledge of ISO 9001,13485 , IATF 16949 and RBA
