Job Detail

Responsibility:

1. Responsible to source for external providers who are able to meet the requirements of cost, quality of products, delivery and services.

2. To liaise with suppliers and sub-con on the material delivery and meet the schedule for production used.

3. To ensure the materials that purchased are from the approved external provider and within the specification.

4. Ensure all POs are issued accordingly with proper quotation and approval.

5. Conduct annual performance evaluation for external provider to ensure their performance are satisfactory.

6. Conduct external provider augit in audit in order to qualify as an approved vendor.

7. Maintain effectiveness of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

Authorities:

1. Authorize to liaise with external provider on all issues pertaining to materials delivery lead time.

2. Authorize to select external provider from the approved supplier list based on the capabilities and expertise.

Qualifications:

1. Possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate or equivalent in any field.

2. At least 3 years of working experinece or equivalent.

3. Alert, meticulous with good negotiation skills.
