JOB TITLE: ME Technician I

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The Manufacturing Engineer Technician is to support and maintained test equipment for production

section assigned. He would assign to perform day to day equipment check, document update, data

collection and improvement for production. Other than that he would require to setup new machine,

equipment and production.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

•Setup and perform periodic maintenance to assigned machine, tools and tester.

•Update document and specification of the process and procedure to the latest practice.

•Ensure ECN execution was implemented and all document was updated.

•Lead and data collection on evaluation assign by supervisor

•Follow process, policies and procedure of the process to maintain machine, tester and tools.

•Support and participate in lean manufacturing initiatives such as Kaizen, Cycle Count and 5S.

•Comply with company health, safety and environmental policies.

•Comply with all applicable corporate and regulatory export control and security regulations.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

•Certificate/ diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• Fresh / 1-2+ years' experience in a similar role in an electro-mechanical systems

manufacturing environment is preferred

•Excellent mechanical, electrical and electronic.

Experience working withtest equipment soldering machine, and process control.

•English verbal & written communication skills.

•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

•Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles including Kanban, Cycle

counting, 5S

•Basic knowledge of computer applications.

 

Working hours

Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm, Sat & Sun Off

Overtime depends on production volume
