POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER 

Job Descriptions: 

  • Strive to attain 100% customer delivery fulfillment.
  • Monitor and execute daily sales activities.
  • Generate purchase orders to all plants.
  • Plan and expedite on-time receivables.
  • Effective follow-up on customers’ enquiries, sample submission and first production activities.
  • Provide timely respond on customer’s queries and establish an effective communication channel with customers. 
  • Promote a positive corporate image to the customers.
  • Regular review on customer’s forecasts and update monthly sales report.
  • To review account receivable and ensure prompt customer payment.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales report.
  • Take up adhoc tasks assigned by superior.

 

Requirements: 

  1. Min SPM 5 or higher
  2. Min 2 years relevant working experience in similar position
  3. Team player and good interpersonal skills
  4. Strong sense of commitment and problem solving
  5. Proficient in MS Office
