JOB TITLE : PRODUCTION MANAGER ( KULAI )

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 

• Organizing production schedules according to the plan from the Production Planner, reporting results. 
• Ensure meeting targeted output and quality. This include plan the necessary resources (workforce, production tools, etc). 
• To supervise a team production personnel in achieving daily production output and balance manpower. 
• To comply with company standard operating procedures, production requirements and Safety & Health rules and regulations. Establish and implement production Procedures according to ISO requirement. 
• Ensure workforce are trained with training plan and records. 
• Develop and maintain the skill matrix. Supervise and evaluate the performance of the production crew.
• Manage production inventories. Oversee monthly stock take. 
• Generate necessary production reports. 
• Maintain effectiveness of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma holder in any field. Minimum 3 years proven experience as production manager. 
• Understanding of ISO standards and Safety & Health regulations. 
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and cost control.
• Experience in production evaluation and cost control.
• Experience in production management and conflict management. 
• Experience in Lean Production and improvement. 
• Mental flexibility, good at job balance.
