Job Position – QA ENGINEER ( KULAI )

Job Descriptions

• Supervise a team of supervisors, inspectors, responsible for daily IPC, IPQC, OQC activities, meausring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials. product, or process quality.
• Involve in investigation of root causes for any non-conformance and procedural failures.
• Preapre training materials and train new inspectors on new products.
• Review and revise the required specifications in documentations prior to offcial release.
• Update and maintain ISO 9001 QMS documentation.
• Responsible for first article inspection, measurement system analysis and PPAP packages.
• Initaite maintenance and calibration of all monitoring and measurement equipment.
• Isuue CAR / CQPR form when any non comformance products are detected.
• Authorize to conduct calibration activity.
• Authorize to QMS documentation for updating and revision purpose.

Requirements

• Posses at least Diploma / Degree in Engineering
• At least 3 years of QC experience
• Knowledge in QC core tools, ISO9001, FMEA, and QCP, 8D Problem Solving Tools is an added advantage.
