Job Position – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE ( PEKAN NANAS )

 

Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for the timely preparation of full set accounts, weekly, month-end and financial year end closing with all related accounts schedules.
  • Preparation of monthly and yearly management financial reports.
  • Handle finance functions including Accounts Receivables, Account Payables, Fixed Assets and perform account reconciliation.
  • Perform monthly Bank reconciliation, to investigate and resolve any reconciliation differences.
  • Ensure petty cash transactions are properly recorded and monitored.
  • Assist in preparation and liaise with external parties like bankers, auditors and tax agents.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and filing.
  • Comply with all applicable rules, regulations, and codes of practice.
  • Verification of all invoices with appropriate documents.
  • Daily data entry in ABSS accounting system with appropriate supporting documents with accuracy.
  • Update and monitoring of cash flow and bank balances.
  • Responsible for reviewing and resolving outstanding AP / AR aging payments and ensuring on time collection of customers payment.
  • Execution of Billing team.
  • Execute cost control of expenses and sales matching as well as timely.
  • Knowledge on the latest compliances on SST and other Finance Act. Responsible for accurate and timely SST return and ensure filing of the document for SST submission and accounting records are in systematic and proper order.
  • Assist to Finance Manager.
  • To handle ad hoc assignments and other duties assigned by Superior from time to time.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc / special assignment as required by management.

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree in Finance / Accounting / Banking and equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • Gender: Female
  • Proficient in knowledge in accounting software and familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • Required language(s): Chinese.
  • Excellent written and oral communications in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner, pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Can work independently.
