Job Position – OPERATION ASSISTANT ( PASIR GUDANG )
Job Descriptions
- To ensure that goods received are as per purchase requisition order.
- To do enquiry on any goods that are loaned out but not returned over an extended period.
- to liaise with company personnel regarding the issue, loan and receipt goods.
- To liaise with external parties (with permission from the Manager, Store & Grains), regarding the issue, loan and receipt of goods.
- To regulate goods receipt and issue.
- To carry out any relevant task as required by the company.
- To exercise HACCP and GMP procedure.
- To liaise with Purchasing Department and Suppliers on goods requisition by various department during off day of Manager, Store & Grains.
