Job Position – SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE ( PASIR GUDANG )
Job Descriptions
1) To perform both Sales and Marketing job scope based on Company scope / requirement related to B2B business requirements.
2) Mainly to conduct Sales job which support from the Senior Sales staff and to perform marketing job as below details simultaneously.
3) Conduct marketing research and related activities to understand customer needs, market trend and competitor’s strategies.
4) Implementing marketing plan and strategies for new and existing product on both platform online marketing and offline marketing.
5) Assist Sales manager on handling the customer enquiries and orders.
6) Assist Sales manager on the sales analysis, data entry and report preparation
7) Responsible in making, managing, and updating company newsletter, company websites, social media and marketing material.
8) Assist in preparing bi-weekly reports on social media update.
9) Assist in organizing monthly meetings with local and regional sales representatives.
10) Assist in handling and responding to new customer inquiries and lead generation from social media and email.
11) Occasionally visit customers and markets (domestic and international) to collect and research market information.
Requirements
1) Candidates must possess at least diploma in marketing or business-related field.
2) Relevant Experience in B2B business marketing and sales.
3) Working experience with sales background will be added advantage.
4) Preferably junior executive in marketing or equivalent with digital and e-marketing communication, website and social media updates.
5) Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
6) Exceptional organizational, follow-up, and time management skills; detail-oriented, ability to communicate effectively with external and internal customers.
7) Required skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Social Media Marketing, hosting webinars & Photoshop Illustrator.
8) At least 2-3 working experiences in marketing (on-line, social media, video maker, website developer & new trendy), new product designing, and product launch is an advantage.
9) With IT / Mass Communication background as a website developer / short video maker is an advantage.
10) Willing to travel (local & overseas) when required.
11) Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
12) No preference on gender or races.
13) Aged between 25 – 30 years old with creative and social media savvy.
