POSITION: Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and oversee current and new market growth locally and internationally

• Build and expand brand and company recognition as well as market share

• Set goals for the business development team and develop strategies to meet those goals

• Specify Seng Liy’s in-house brand GAEA (Premium Wood Composites) to architects, developers, and interior designers.

• Provide customers with product solution as per project requirement to ensure the product is approved and specified in the tender documents.

• Handle marketing, promotions, local and international exhibitions, and customer developments, and etc.

• Handle customers' inquiry such as preparations of samples, catalogues, quotation, and etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing or related discipline.

• Possess at least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.

• Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (verbal and written) as this role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.

• Good in Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Professional Selling Skills, Presentation Skills, Analytic Problem Solving, Result Focused and Continuous Learning.

– Salary Range: RM5,500 – RM6,500

– Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 5:30pm

– Saturday – on standby (depending on appointment / exhibitions)
