Tasks and Responsibilities

✅Present menu to customers
✅Answer questions on the menu
✅Makes recommendations and serves food/beverages to customers
✅Greeting customer as they enter
✅Seating customer at tables or in waiting areas
✅Engaging with customer to ensure they're happy with food and service
✅Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
✅Helping with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
✅Providing great customer service.
✅Performs opening and closing duties, as needed

Qualification needed 

✅Minimum SPM holder

✅Available to work in Peranakan Place AEON Rawang

✅Have a great personality and communication skills (Not a shy person)
