Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Printing Assistant (Offset Printing) to join our dynamic production team in Pasir Gudang. In this role, you will lead and supervise daily offset printing operations, ensuring high color accuracy, exceptional print quality, and seamless production workflow on Ryobi / RMGT machines.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Lead and supervise daily offset printing operations using Ryobi / RMGT machinery.

Quality & Color Control: Oversee machine setup, precise color matching, registration, and overall print consistency to meet customer and company standards.

Production Scheduling: Plan and coordinate daily production tasks to consistently meet delivery targets and deadlines.

Team Supervision & Training: Guide, monitor, and train printing operators to maintain high team performance and operational safety.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine, color, or print-related issues efficiently to minimize downtime.

Process Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and daily operational procedures.
Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in offset printing operations.

Technical Skills: Proficient in operating Ryobi and/or RMGT offset printing machines. Strong background in printing processes, color management, and materials.

Leadership & Soft Skills: Proven capability to lead, motivate, and direct a 9-member department team. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Flexibility & Work Ethic: Able to work independently under pressure and willing to work overtime and/or shifts when required.
