Material Handler

Location: 79200 Iskandar Puteri, Johor 

Salary: RM1,700 – RM1,900 per month + RM300 monthly Transport Allowance (Salary determined based on relevant experience)

Employment Type: Permanent (Immediate / ASAP Onboarding)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Material Handler to manage inbound and outbound materials, verify shipments, transport inventory, handle waste, and maintain documentation to support daily plant operations for a leading global technology and manufacturing background.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Stock Management: Verify the accuracy, quantity, and quality of incoming deliveries; properly label products, place them in assigned locations, and maintain updated stock accounts.

• Operational Logistics: Identify, locate, and transport products for deliveries; collaborate with internal teams to resolve missing packages, correct misdeliveries, and replace damaged goods.

• Maintenance & Quality Control: Conduct regular maintenance checks on material handling equipment to keep it in optimal condition; adhere to all safety and quality standards while maintaining site cleanliness.

• Supply & Purchasing Coordination: Convey purchasing needs, maintain data on low-stock availability, and handle returns along with required technical documentation.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in site initiatives aimed at boosting production efficiency and quality, alongside performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience (up to 3 years) in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.

• Skills & Knowledge: Basic understanding of material handling concepts and warehouse operations (full training will be provided); eagerness to build expertise and learn on the job.

• Allowances: RM300 monthly Transport Allowance + RM8 daily Meal Subsidy per workday
