Location: Subang, Kota Kemuning, Puchong, Cheras, Kajang & other areas
Salary: Up to USD 15,000 / month (Basic USD 2,000 – USD 10,000 + Commission USD 2,000 – USD 10,000; Average Income USD 5,000/month upon hitting KPIs)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Head of Business Development to lead business expansion, strategic partnerships, and revenue-generation initiatives within the children's education and financial markets sectors.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Market Expansion: Develop and execute BD strategies to identify new markets, commercial opportunities, and revenue growth drivers.

Partnership & Negotiation: Build strategic partnerships within the children's education sector, explore financial market opportunities, and lead commercial negotiations.

Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, coach, and develop the Business Development team while establishing and monitoring BD KPIs.

Market Intelligence & Planning: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare comprehensive business plans, forecasts, and management reports.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: Proven track record in Business Development or Commercial Management; relevant experience in children's education and financial markets is required.

Skills: Strong business network, excellent negotiation, presentation, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.
