Location: Subang, Kota Kemuning, Puchong, Cheras, Kajang & other areas
Salary: Up to USD 10,000 / month (Basic USD 2,000 – USD 10,000 + Commission USD 2,000 – USD 10,000; Average Income USD 5,000/month upon hitting KPIs)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations – HQ to oversee overall operational performance and drive efficiency, service quality, and business growth within the children's education industry.
Key Responsibilities

HQ Operational Leadership: Lead HQ operational activities, develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and company policies.

Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate closely with Education, HR, Marketing, BD, and Branch teams to ensure consistent organizational standards.

Performance & Risk Management: Monitor business and operational KPIs, manage manpower/resources/costs, and implement risk mitigation actions.

Team & Reporting: Lead and develop the Operations team while preparing comprehensive operational reports for senior management.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Education, or related field.

Experience: Proven experience in Operations Management; experience within the children's education industry is strongly preferred.

Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities; multi-site operational experience is an advantage.
