Head of Operations – Children's Education Industry (Branches)

Location: Subang, Kota Kemuning, Puchong, Cheras, Kajang & other areas

Salary: Up to USD 5,000 / month (Basic USD 2,000 – USD 10,000 + Commission USD 2,000 – USD 10,000; Average Income USD 5,000/month upon hitting KPIs)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Operations – Branches to oversee the operational performance of multiple children's education branches and ensure consistent service and business standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Branch Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branches and conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews.

• Performance & Target Delivery: Monitor branch performance, track KPIs, and support Branch Managers in achieving business targets, student enrollment, and customer retention.

• Management & Coaching: Coordinate manpower and resource planning, coach/develop Branch Managers, and report performance to HQ management.

• Process Improvement: Identify operational issues, implement solutions, and develop operational improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Education, or related field.

• Experience: Proven multi-branch or multi-site management experience; experience in the children's education industry is preferred/required.

• Skills: Strong leadership, people management, communication, and problem-solving abilities; willingness to travel between branches.
