Head of Children's Education Curriculum – HQ

Location: Subang, Kota Kemuning, Puchong, Cheras, Kajang & other areas

Salary: Up to USD 5,000 / month (Basic USD 2,000 – USD 10,000 + Commission USD 2,000 – USD 10,000; Average Income USD 5,000/month upon hitting KPIs)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head of Children's Education Curriculum to lead curriculum development and ensure high-quality educational programmes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Design & Improvement: Develop, oversee, review, and continuously improve children's education curriculum, age-appropriate learning programmes, lesson plans, and teaching materials.

• Quality & Implementation: Establish educational standards, monitor curriculum implementation across branches, conduct evaluations, and ensure consistency.

• Team Support & Training: Work closely with Education Coaches and branch teams, providing continuous training and support.

• Research: Research new education trends and learning methodologies to keep programmes competitive.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in curriculum development and working with children's education programmes.

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and deep understanding of child development and learning methodologies.
