Location: Subang, Kota Kemuning, Puchong, Cheras, Kajang & other areas
Salary: Up to USD 5,000 / month (Basic USD 2,000 – USD 10,000 + Commission USD 2,000 – USD 10,000; Average Income USD 5,000/month upon hitting KPIs)
Job Summary
We are hiring 50 Education Coaches to deliver engaging educational programmes and support children's learning and development. No experience needed as full training will be provided!
Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Delivery: Conduct educational coaching sessions and deliver lessons according to the company's curriculum.

Student & Parent Engagement: Create an engaging, positive learning environment, monitor student progress, and communicate progress with parents.

Training & Events: Participate in training, professional development, and support branch activities, events, and programmes.

Performance: Work towards individual and team KPIs while performing assigned duties.
Requirements

Experience: No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.

Passions & Personality: Passionate about working with children, energetic, positive, responsible, and willing to learn.

Skills & Schedule: Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work weekends with weekday off.
