Business Development Executive

Location: Subang, Kota Kemuning, Puchong, Cheras, Kajang & other areas

Salary: Up to USD 5,000 / month (Basic USD 2,000 – USD 10,000 + Commission USD 2,000 – USD 10,000; Average Income USD 5,000/month upon hitting KPIs)

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and energetic Business Development Executives to support customer acquisition, sales growth, and business expansion. Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Opportunity & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.

• Client Relationship & Promotion: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners; present and promote company services and programmes.

• Sales Execution & Events: Follow up with prospective customers, achieve sales KPIs, and participate in events, roadshows, and promotional activities.

• Team Collaboration & Administration: Maintain accurate customer/sales records and work closely with Marketing and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Experience: No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome. Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Attributes: Positive, target-driven attitude, and willing to work weekends when required.
