Facility Technician cum Boilerman

Location 81700 Pasir Gudang, Johor

Salary RM3,000 – RM4,000 per month

Employment Type Full-Time

Accountable To (Direct Superior Title) Facility Supervisor

List of Job Responsibility and Authority

• Carry out Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Corrective maintenance of facilities, building, and surroundings.

• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance records for scheduled and non-scheduled tasks.

• Prepare reports, recommend spare parts for replacement, and solve maintenance-related problems.

• Identify machine problems and provide feedback to the Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.

• Prepare Preventive Maintenance Schedules (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly).

• Take immediate action during machine breakdowns and follow up with corrective actions.

• Cooperate with Engineers to resolve major operational or facility problems.

Efficiency / Required Skills

• Certification / Experience: Valid Grade 1 or Grade 2 Boilerman Certificate (DOSH / JKKP certified) with minimum 2–3 years of working experience in facility and boiler operations.

• Problem analysis and solving skills.

• Teamworking skills.

• Quality focus and general consulting skills.

• Ability to present technical information, manage equipment maintenance, and apply conceptual skills.
