Safety Manager

Location: Pengerang, Johor

Salary: RM8,000 – RM10,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager for a site-based EPC project in Pengerang. You will oversee the overall HSE framework, lead site safety compliance, and direct emergency response operations.

Key Responsibilities

• HSE Management: Lead the site HSE system, ensure full compliance with DOSH/OSHA and client standards, and manage crisis response.

• Audits & Investigations: Conduct regular safety audits, inspect site practices, and lead incident investigations.

• Team Leadership: Supervise site safety officers and coordinators across large-scale EPC operations.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent or related field.

• Certifications: Valid DOSH Green Book / SHO, Yellow Book, NEBOSH, and CIDB Green Card (OGSP preferred).

• Experience: 8–10 years of safety management experience in Data Center, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical construction projects.
