 Deputy Accounts & Finance Manager

Location: Jalan Platinum 1, Pasir Gudang, Johor

Salary: RM6,000 – RM7,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a Deputy Accounts & Finance Manager to support the Finance Manager/CFO in directing daily accounting operations for Dynaciate Engineering Sdn Bhd. You will be responsible for overseeing financial closings, bank reconciliations, statutory filings, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Assist in managing overall Finance & Accounting functions, monitoring cash flow, working capital, and banking facilities.

• Closing & Reporting: Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities (target by 3rd working day) and review management accounts and variance reports.

• Approval & Audit Support: Review and approve journal entries, PVs, purchase/sales invoices, credit/debit notes, and coordinate external/internal audit assignments.

• Tax & Statutory Filings: Review tax computations (Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax, SST) and ensure compliance with MFRS standards.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (Professional qualifications like ACCA/CPA/CIMA are an added advantage).

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a computerized accounting environment.

• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, independent worker, and effective communicator.
