Accounts & Finance Manager

Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor

Salary: RM12,000 – RM15,000 per month
 

Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee overall financial operations for Dynaciate Engineering Sdn Bhd. Directing the finance department and reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will drive statutory reporting, tax compliance, cash flow planning, financial analysis, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Operations & Reporting: Oversee daily AP, treasury, fixed assets, inventory, tax, and management accounting; prepare monthly financial reports and tax returns.

• Planning & Budgeting: Prepare financial forecasts, monitor budget performance, and manage cash flow and banking facilities utilization.

• Compliance & Stakeholder Management: Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across accounting, tax, and legal matters; liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and corporate secretarial authorities.

• Team Leadership & Authority: Coach and mentor finance executives/assistants, approve leave, recommend promotions, perform appraisals, verify claims/payments, and handle ad-hoc corporate assignments.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with strong exposure to financial management and accounting in a computerized environment.

• Software Knowledge: Hands-on experience with accounting software (UBS, SQL, MYOB, or Globe3 ERP system).

• Technical Standards: Strong analytical skills and sound knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
