Software Engineer

Location: Puchong, Selangor

Salary: RM3,000 – RM5,000 per month

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to join our team in Puchong. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web, mobile, or backend applications, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business and user requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Development: Design, write, and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient code for web, mobile, and backend applications following best software practices.

  • System Design & Architecture: Participate in system architecture discussions, code reviews, technical design, and API/third-party service/database integrations.

  • Testing & Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, upgrade existing systems, perform unit testing, and maintain proper technical documentation.

  • Agile Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, Business Analysts, and QA in an Agile/Scrum environment.

  • Process Automation: Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows (RPA) integrated with enterprise systems and databases.

Requirements

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience: Open to fresh graduates with a passion for software engineering and automation. Hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots) will be an added advantage.

  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more languages: Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or PHP.

  • Frameworks & Databases: Hands-on experience with frameworks (.NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, Laravel, React, Angular, Vue), RESTful APIs, Git, and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).

  • Added Advantages: Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), mobile app development, DevOps/CI-CD, Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architecture.

  • Key Attributes: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.
