Production Engineer (Precast Concrete)
Location: Ulu Tiram, Johor
Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,500
Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Engineer (Precast Concrete) to lead precast project execution and oversee daily manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Production/Factory Manager, the candidate will direct mould and material allocation, ensure quality and ISO compliance, and coordinate across internal teams, sub-contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Scheduling: Help lead precast projects, manage daily production schedules, and coordinate precast deliveries.

Resource & Mould Coordination: Oversee mould and material allocation, shop-floor activities, raw material stock, and optimal manpower deployment.

Quality & ISO Compliance: Maintain quality control standards and comply fully with ISO Management System requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise effectively with Production Supervisors, sub-contractors, design engineers, and external clients.

Reporting & Escalation: Handle production documentation, track performance, and report operational issues promptly to the Factory/Production Manager.

Client Visits: Attend customer factory visits and support client coordination on technical matters.
Requirements

Education: Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience: Few years of hands-on working experience as a Production Engineer specifically in the precast concrete industry.

Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and drawing interpretation skills.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
