Position: HR Executive (Manufacturing)
Location: 81800 Ulu Tiram, Johor Darul Ta'zim
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Standard Office Hours)
Salary Range: RM 3,800 – RM 4,500
Language Requirement: Fluent in Mandarin / Chinese-speaking candidates required (to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders)
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to support our core human resource operations and general administration within a manufacturing environment. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, recruitment, statutory compliance, training coordination, and employee records management. The ideal candidate should be independent, detail-oriented, and possess strong knowledge of local employment laws.
Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Statutory Administration: Assist with accurate and timely monthly payroll processing, maintaining complete records for attendance, leave, and overtime. Process and submit statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp) promptly and address employee payroll queries.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer preparation, and onboarding orientations. Liaise with hiring managers and external agencies as required.

HR Administration & Employee Relations: Maintain up-to-date employee personal files, manage leave/attendance records, and prepare official documentation for confirmations, transfers, and resignations. Ensure full alignment with internal policies and current Malaysian labor regulations.

Training & Development: Coordinate internal/external training programs, track employee training records, support HRD Corp claims, and assist in identifying organizational training needs.

General Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR department, generate HR metrics/reports, and organize employee engagement activities.
Requirements

Education & Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience in full-cycle payroll processing and talent acquisition is essential.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and statutory compliance. High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Language Skill: Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required due to operational requirements.

Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, handle confidential information with high integrity, and work independently.
