PROJECT MANAGER

Salary Range: RM9,000 – RM11,000

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the project team to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Prepare, review, and oversee Requests for Quotation (RFQs), ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Manage customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery schedules and project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Follow up on internal and external sales activities, including conducting customer visits when required.
• Manage both pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring effective account management and customer support.
• Deliver excellent customer service by building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.
• Gather, monitor, and analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and business opportunities.
• Develop, review, and maintain standard costing to ensure accurate product costing and project profitability.
• Establish, implement, and maintain departmental procedures, work instructions, and process improvements.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally while ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the sheet metal fabrication, precision machining, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong project management and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer usage.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
