Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by managing existing customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships. This role is responsible for executing sales strategies, supporting product development initiatives, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to identify new market opportunities and contribute to achieving the organization's sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Manage and grow assigned customer accounts while maintaining strong, long-term business relationships.

Identify, prospect, and develop new customers and business opportunities within the assigned market.

Achieve individual sales targets, revenue goals, and new business objectives established by management.

Conduct customer visits to understand business needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Support product qualification activities by coordinating product samples, evaluations, and customer technical requirements.
Customer Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding enquiries, orders, product information, and after-sales support.

Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate timely resolutions with relevant internal departments.

Maintain regular communication with customers to strengthen business relationships and identify future opportunities.

Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and project status to maximize sales conversion.
Sales Administration & Coordination

Prepare sales forecasts, sales reports, pipeline updates, and market analysis reports.

Coordinate closely with Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Monitor order progress to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Arrange customer credit applications and follow up on outstanding payments in accordance with company policies.
Market Intelligence & Marketing Support

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and potential business opportunities.

Gather and report market intelligence to support business planning and strategic decision-making.

Support digital marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, seminars, trade shows, and customer events.

Assist in developing marketing materials, product presentations, and promotional content.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Report any concerns related to workplace safety, environmental compliance, product quality, product safety, or suspected counterfeit materials.

Participate in training programmes and continuously develop product and industry knowledge.

Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
Education
-
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
-
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Marketing.

Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, electronics, medical devices, or B2B environments will be an added advantage.

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and relevant internship experience may also be considered for junior positions.

Proven ability in lead generation, negotiation, and customer relationship management.

Good understanding of sales processes and business development techniques.

Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and market research is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools is preferred.
