Videographer / Video Editor

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer / Video Editor to join our Marketing Department. This role is responsible for planning, capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that promotes our motorcycle products, services, events, and brand identity across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, possesses strong technical production skills, and understands how to create engaging content that drives audience engagement and supports marketing objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Content Creation

  • Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality videos for product showcases, promotional campaigns, customer testimonials, events, social media content, and corporate branding initiatives.

  • Produce engaging short-form and long-form video content optimized for digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, websites, and online advertising channels.

  • Develop creative video concepts, storyboards, and visual narratives that effectively communicate product features, brand values, and marketing messages.

Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit raw footage into compelling final productions using professional video editing software.

  • Perform color correction, audio enhancement, motion graphics, visual effects, subtitles, and other post-production processes to enhance video quality.

  • Ensure all video content meets brand guidelines, creative standards, and campaign objectives.

Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to develop video content that supports promotional campaigns, product launches, customer engagement, and sales initiatives.

  • Capture and produce content during roadshows, exhibitions, launches, events, and other marketing activities.

  • Contribute creative ideas to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.

Social Media & Digital Content

  • Create platform-specific video content tailored to social media trends and audience behavior.

  • Stay updated on emerging video formats, digital content trends, and social media best practices.

  • Explore and utilize AI-powered video editing and content creation tools to improve efficiency and creative output.

Equipment & Asset Management

  • Operate and maintain cameras, lighting equipment, audio devices, drones (if applicable), and other production equipment.

  • Organize and manage video assets, footage archives, and project files to ensure efficient workflow and content retrieval.

  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and ready for all production activities.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Deliver high-quality video content according to approved marketing schedules and campaign timelines.

  • Achieve targeted engagement metrics, including views, reach, watch time, shares, and audience interactions.

  • Ensure timely completion of video projects while maintaining quality standards.

  • Contribute creative concepts that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Maintain consistent visual branding and professional production standards across all video content.

 

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Media Studies, Creative Arts, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in videography, video editing, digital content creation, or a related role.

  • Experience in automotive, motorcycle, lifestyle, retail, or consumer-focused industries is an added advantage.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating previous videography and editing work is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.

  • Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting techniques, audio recording, and video production workflows.

  • Experience creating content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels.

  • Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, color grading, and visual effects is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered video editing and content creation tools is highly desirable.
