Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Department. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, digitally savvy, and passionate about leveraging emerging marketing technologies to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, websites, search engines, email marketing, and online advertising channels.

Develop and implement marketing strategies that support business objectives, product promotions, and sales targets.

Manage paid advertising campaigns, including social media advertising and search engine marketing, to maximize reach and return on investment (ROI).
Content Creation & Brand Development

Create engaging and impactful content, including social media posts, videos, advertisements, articles, promotional materials, and marketing visuals.

Ensure all marketing communications maintain consistency with corporate branding and messaging guidelines.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Social Media & Community Engagement

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms.

Monitor customer interactions, respond to inquiries, and foster positive engagement within online communities.

Identify opportunities to increase audience engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
Analytics & Performance Optimization

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using digital analytics tools and marketing dashboards.

Evaluate key marketing metrics, including reach, engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance and achieve business goals.
Market Research & Innovation

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend monitoring to identify new business opportunities.

Stay updated on digital marketing best practices, emerging technologies, AI-powered marketing tools, and industry developments.

Recommend and implement innovative marketing approaches to improve efficiency, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Event & Promotional Support

Support the planning and execution of product launches, marketing events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.

Coordinate marketing materials and promotional campaigns to ensure successful event execution and customer engagement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achieve marketing campaign objectives in terms of lead generation, engagement, and brand awareness.

Maintain consistent growth in social media audience, engagement rates, and digital reach.

Deliver marketing campaigns and promotional activities within approved timelines and budgets.

Generate regular performance reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Contribute innovative ideas that enhance marketing effectiveness and customer acquisition.
Requirements
Education & Experience
-
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Business, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
-
Experience in consumer products, automotive, motorcycle, retail, or related industries is an advantage.
Technical Skills
-
Proficient in social media management, content marketing, and digital advertising platforms.
-
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Marketing, and other digital advertising channels.

Familiarity with website management, SEO, SEM, and email marketing is an advantage.

Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign reporting platforms.

Familiarity with content creation and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar software.

Exposure to AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms is highly desirable.
