Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong passion for driving online engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation.
This role will work closely with the Sales Team to promote the company's solutions and services across various digital platforms, including the corporate website and social media channels. Experience in a System Integrator or IT-related environment is an added advantage. Candidates who are proactive in exploring innovative digital marketing approaches and leveraging AI tools will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and lead generation efforts.
- Create, update, and optimize website content to improve online visibility, user engagement, and search performance.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Plan, execute, and monitor online campaigns to promote solutions and services.
- Develop, segment, and optimize email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar tools to drive engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Explore and implement alternative marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, marketing automation platforms, influencer outreach, and other emerging strategies.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, content creation, campaign optimization, and marketing analytics.
- Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Experience within a System Integrator, technology, or IT-related company is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, content management systems (CMS), and related technologies.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content generation, marketing automation, analytics, or similar applications is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, analytical, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Additional Advantages
- Experience implementing innovative or alternative marketing strategies beyond traditional platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
