Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute content strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), and others

• Create engaging copywriting, manage posting schedules, and develop marketing themes

• Support digital advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and lead generation initiatives

• Work closely with the operations team to promote accommodation units, campaigns, and special projects

• Track and analyze performance metrics including reach, engagement, leads, and booking conversions

• Continuously improve online brand presence and market visibility

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation

• Strong copywriting and content planning skills

• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite

• Proactive attitude with strong execution and accountability

• Experience in hospitality, homestay, Airbnb, property, or lifestyle-related brands is an added advantage
